Can you remove all stains?

Although we can usually remove most stains, we can never guarantee that we can remove all stains as that is impossible to say without first seeing the stain first hand.

Do you charge by the hour?

We charge based on the size of the surface area that will be covered, as well as what services are required.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Card Payments.

A deposit will be required to secure a booking. This will be charged at 20% of the full cost and will be deducted from the final payment.
